A perfectly built boat from scratch is the basis of a perfect paint application and an excellent finish. Our company undertakes the complete "building" of new Hull & Deck structures using two-component epoxy filler. They have excellent moisture and osmosis resistance, wear resistance, last longer and have excellent adhesion to almost all surfaces.

Our specialty is fairing, a technique in which we create a perfectly aligned surface, both visually and to the touch, with no bumps or hollows, using a wide range of paint finish coating applications. Because all filler materials are different - including resins, what should be understood is that a systematic way from start to finish must be used, and this depends on the construction and color of your boat.

Our team uses traditional fairing techniques - "building" and surface alignment, from start to finish of the process, in order to bring high quality finishes.

Application

We apply the epoxy filler according to the quantity needed for each surface, saving weight and material costs. This is followed by sanding by hand or mechanical means to achieve alignment, ensuring that the necessary amount of filler is used, achieving the best possible finish every time.
